Terms of Service

This service is operated by Courier Craft, the registered trade name of a sole proprietorship owned by Paras Khodabhai Makwana, whose principal place of business is Plot No. 24, Floor 1, Ganga Nagar Society, Sita Nagar Road, Punagam, near But Bhavani, Surat, Gujarat 395010, India, GSTIN 24KHSPK7445G1ZQ.

These terms apply when you message our WhatsApp business number +91 75730 42804, when we message you, and when you place an order through that conversation. By continuing a conversation with us you accept them.

How we handle your information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our WhatsApp number is a sales and support channel for the products listed at couriercraft.com. Through it you can ask about products, get prices, build an order and have it delivered.

It is an ordering channel, not the shop itself. Product listings, stock and prices live on our website, and the figures we quote in chat are drawn from it at the moment we quote them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. We deliver within India only. If you are ordering for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

We message you only in reply to you, or about an order you have placed. Standard carrier data charges may apply; we charge nothing for the messages themselves.

You can stop the conversation at any time by saying so, by sending STOP, or by blocking the number in WhatsApp. We will stop messaging you except where we must contact you about an order already in progress.

Some replies from our number are generated automatically rather than typed by a person. An automated reply can answer questions, quote prices and prepare an order.

• Automated replies can be wrong. Nothing an automated reply says overrides these terms, the price shown at confirmation, or the law.
• Orders above the value and quantity limits we set are always passed to a person before anything is placed.
• You can ask for a human at any time and we will take over the conversation.

When an order is formed

A quote is an invitation, not a contract. An order exists only once you have confirmed it in the chat and we have accepted it. We may decline any order.

Prices

Quoted in Indian Rupees. Prices exclude GST and delivery unless we say otherwise; the total we show before you confirm includes both.

Errors

If a price or stock level is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and tell you rather than fulfil it at the mistaken figure.

Payment

Orders placed through WhatsApp are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when the order arrives. We never ask for card details, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank credentials over WhatsApp — if a message claiming to be us asks for any of these, it is not us.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us. Please check it before confirming; we are not responsible for a delivery failing because the address or phone number was wrong.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by messaging us. After delivery, the return and refund policy published at couriercraft.com applies, together with your rights under Indian consumer law.

You agree not to use this channel to:

• place orders you do not intend to accept or pay for;
• impersonate someone else, or give a delivery address you are not entitled to use;
• send unlawful, abusive, threatening or obscene content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the service, or extract data from it by automated means.

We may stop serving anyone who does these things, and may report unlawful conduct to the authorities.

Product photographs, descriptions, catalogue text and our name and logo belong to us or our suppliers. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission. Anything you send us stays yours; you allow us to use it only as far as is needed to answer you and fulfil your order.

The service depends on WhatsApp, on our hosting and on other systems we do not control, and may be unavailable or delayed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this URL with the date it last changed. Changes do not affect an order already accepted. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
